Resort ballrooms on the Strip, Henderson and Lake Las Vegas venues, and private event spaces — we coordinate with hotel event and convention teams on load-in, union rules where they apply, power and timing.
Las Vegas hotels and convention centers have their own production rules and schedules. We work with your planner and the venue’s event team early so load-in, sound and timing are set well before the night.
One band can cover your welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, and we learn first-dance and special songs on request.
